研究領域

      相圖與相變、計算材料學、金屬材料及功能材料等,研究興趣涉及電子封裝材料、復合材料、非晶材料、高溫合金、稀土材料等。

主要科研成果:

      已先后主持國家杰出青年科學基金、973計劃課題、973重大基礎前期研究項目、863計劃課題、國家自然科學基金重點項目、科技部國際科技合作項目、教育部高??萍紕撔鹿こ讨卮笈嘤Y金項目、中日政府國際合作項目、國際銅合金協會資助項目和日本通產省重點資助項目等近20項。已在Science、Physical Review Letters、Acta Materialia等學術刊物上發表論文200多篇,獲得國家發明專利(授權)26項。獲得2012年度福建省技術發明獎三等獎(第一發明人)、2011福建省“優秀留學人員”稱號、2007中國僑聯科技創新人才獎、APDIC Best Paper Award、國際金屬組織競賽榮譽獎、日本金屬學會技術開發獎、日本金屬學會金屬組織佳作獎、日本銅合金協會優秀論文獎、國際電子封裝會議優秀論文獎等獎項。
